The day and the flight were long. We arrived in Amsterdam late, my wife had to attend a medical emergency on the plane and that made us later! It was touch and go for us to make our connection. We ran (well… jogged) to the gate and despite being called over the tannoy several times, we made it! But our luggage didn’t. It remained in Amsterdam for a while. This was fine by me as it meant it was delivered to our door the next day! We got back to Sheffield by about 9pm and I realised I had not took a picture. I wasn’t going to fail on the second to last day so I found the postcards we had bought at the airport and made a collage.
